We took a trip to beautiful Vermont this summer where we met up with one of our dear friends, Helen Ward. She and her family hosted us at their gorgeous property "Three Springs Farm".

In this episode Helen shares with us the roles she has at Rosemary Gladstar's Science and Art of Herbalism, dives deep into the behind the scenes, how it has transformed over the years, and why this course has impacted so many lives to this day.

She also tells us about her recent journey with elderberry, why we all need community with plants and people, life lessons she has learned from Rosemary and so much more.

Grab a cup of tea and enjoy my incredible chat with the one and only Helen Ward.

Enjoy,

In this episode of The Herbalist Hour I'm joined by Jodi McKee and Berit Niederluecke.

Jodi is the founder and owner of a beautiful herb, health and wellness shop called Jewelweed, located in Wayzata, MN.

In this episode we learn about Jodi's herbal origins, founding Jewelweed, her mentors, and more.

Later on, Jewelweed manager Berit joins us to co-lead an herb shop tour. They took us through each section of their store and chat about their vendors, products, etc.

A huge THANK YOU to Jodi and Berit for taking the time with us, and thanks to you, dear listener, for tunin' in!

See you in the next episode,

~Mason

In this episode of The Herbalist Hour I'm incredibly honored and excited to be joined by the hosts of the Plant Cunning Podcast.

This is a wildly popular show in the herbal community, hosted by the one and only AC Stauble and Isaac Hill.

I have long admired them and their work, so it was a blast to host them on show.

Just a week later I was able to join them on their show and turn the tables so to speak.

I was stoked to get to know them more via both podcast chats, but I look forward to hangin' with them in-person at some point (perhaps at a future Plant Cunning Conference).

In this conversation we delve into how they met, how they got into herbalism, what does "plant cunning" mean, how you get into magic, podcasting, their offerings, and a TON more.

AC and Isaac are an absolute delight and I know you're goin' to LOVE this episode. If you're not already, please take a moment to go and SUBSCRIBE to their YouTube and podcast channels.

Thanks and see you in the next episode,

~Mason

In this episode of The Herbalist Hour I'm joined by Chanchal Cabrera and special guest host Aron McNicholas.

Chanchal wrote a book a year ago called "Holistic Cancer Care: An Herbal Approach to Reducing Cancer Risk, Helping Patients Thrive during Treatment, and Minimizing Recurrence".

I wanted to have her back on the show to go more in-depth on the book. So Aron was the perfect person to ask to host this one as he has studied the topic quite a bit and he's also a practitioner.

There is a lot of wisdom, practical advice and takeaways in this one!

Big thanks to Chanchal and Aron for taking the time to record this episode, and thanks to YOU for tuning in.

See you in the next episode,

~Mason

I am also joined by a very special guest host, my good friend Logan Keister.

We chat about Phoenix's origin story and how he found himself on the alchemical path, studying multiple healing traditions such as TCM, Ayurveda, Mongolian and Tibetan medicine, how you explain to someone when a spagyric or other alchemical remedy is indicated versus using teas, tinctures, powders, etc., and a whole lot more!

Big thanks to Phoenix for taking the time to share his journey with all of us, and much love and gratitude to Logan for taking the reins of this absolutely fascinating conversation.
